Turkey Curry

Ingredients
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Apple 1 Medium, peeled and coarsely chopped
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Instant chicken bouillon granules 1 Teaspoon
  Cooked turkey 3 Cup (48 tbs), chopped
Directions

In 2 quart casserole, place butter, onion, apple and raisins.
Microwave at high (10) 3 to 4 minutes.
Add flour, curry powder, coriander, cumin and ginger; stir until smooth.
Gradually stir in half & half, water and bouillon.
Microwave at high (10) 4 to 6 minutes, until thickened, stirring every 2 minutes.
Add turkey and microwave at high (10) 1 to 2 minutes until heated through.
