Zesty Luncheon Slices

Ingredients
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Currant jelly/Apple jelly 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Prepared horseradish 1 Tablespoon
  Canned luncheon meat 12 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned pear halves/Peach halves / pineapple slices 1 Pound (1 Can)
Directions

In 1 1/2-quart (10 x 6) or 2-quart (12x7) baking dish, combine brown sugar, jelly and horseradish.
Slice meat into 4 to 6 slices.
Dip in glaze mixture, turning to coat both sides and arrange in baking dish.
Arrange fruit along side or on top of meat slices.
Spoon glaze over each.
Cook uncovered, 4 minutes or until hot, occasionally spooning glaze over meat and fruit.
