Ingredients
  Cream cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) (8 Ounce)
  Egg 1 , unbeaten
  Chocolate chips 6 Ounce
  Flour 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cocoa 6 Tablespoon
  Soda 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Oil 3 4⁄25 Pound (1/3 Cup + 3 Pounds)
  Vanilla 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, salt until smooth.
Add chocolate chips.
Set aside.
Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt in a large bowl.
Add water, oil and vanilla and mix until smooth.
Fill paper muffin cups 1/3 full of chocolate batter.
Top each with a heaping tsp.of cheese mixture.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
