Black Bottom Cupcakes
|Cream cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs) (8 Ounce)|
|Egg||1 , unbeaten|
|Chocolate chips||6 Ounce|
|Flour||2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Soda||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Oil||3 4⁄25 Pound (1/3 Cup + 3 Pounds)|
|Vanilla||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, salt until smooth.
Add chocolate chips.
Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt in a large bowl.
Add water, oil and vanilla and mix until smooth.
Fill paper muffin cups 1/3 full of chocolate batter.
Top each with a heaping tsp.of cheese mixture.
Bake at 350Â° for 30 minutes.
