Giant Rainbow Gummy Cupcake

Welcome to the SimpleCookingChannel. Things might get pretty simple sometimes but sometimes that's just what a person needs. I hope you like my recipe for a giant rainbow gummy cupcake.


Jelly 2040 Gram (24 Packets ( 85 Grams each ))
Unflavored gelatin 200 Gram (20 Packets ( 10 Grams each ))
Cold water 8 Cup (128 tbs)
For topping
Jelly 340 Gram (4 Packets ( 85 Grams each ))
Unflavored gelatin 30 Gram (3 Packets ( 10 Grams each ))
Cold water 1 1/3 Cup (21.33 tbs)



1. In a deep pot, add jelly, gelatin, and water. Let the mixture sit for 10-15 minutes.

2. Place the pot on low to low medium flame, stir occasionally and cook until crystals dissolve. Turn off the heat and let sit for 5-10 minutes.

3. Into a large cupcake molds, pour the mixture and let sit for an hour. Pop in fridge for 2-6 hours.

For Topping:

4. In a small saucepan, combine jelly, gelatin, and cold water. Set aside for 10 minutes. 5. Place the pan on low flame and heat, stirring occasionally until jelly crystals dissolve. Set aside to cool. Make more if you want different color topping.

6. Pour the mixture in molds, let cool and then pop in fridge or in freezer to speed up the process.


7. On cupcake, place the topping, cut into pieces and serve.


If using different color for topping then once the first color is set, pour another color in the same mold.
