Stuffed with fresh strawberries, celebrate the Diamond Jubilee in style with these quick to make tasty cupcakes.
Self raising flour
1.Pre-heat your oven to 180C.
2.In a mixing bowl sieve the flour and add the sugar to it.
3.Add the baking powder , butter and crack two eggs to the same bowl and keep stirring until its all combined into a thick cake mixture.
4.Place the cup cake cases into a cake tin and spoon up the cake mixture into the cup cake cases.
5.Place them in the oven for 20 minutes until they are golden.
6.In a bowl put the strawberries and smash them to make the strawberries center.
7.Cut out the center of the cup cake and simply place the mashed strawberries inside and pop the cut piece back in again.
8.You can serve these strawberries by topping it up with some icing or some whipped cream with a cherry on top.
