Easter Chocolate Flavored Cupcakes

Ingredients
For cupcakes
  Chocolate chips 200 Gram
  Self raising flour 200 Gram
  Caster sugar 200 Gram
  Cocoa powder 6 Tablespoon
  Sunflower oil 150 Milliliter
  Eggs 2 Large
  Sour cream 280 Milliliter
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
For icing
  Unsalted butter 200 Gram
  Icing sugar 350 Gram
  Cocoa powder 50 Gram
  Hot water 2 Tablespoon
  Melted chocolate 100 Gram
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 180*C.

MAKING
2. In a mixing bowl, combine self raising flour, caster sugar, sunflower oil, cocoa powder, sour cream, eggs and vanilla extract. Blend it all well.
3. Add chocolate chips to the batter and pour cake batter to the cupcake mould.
4. Pop it into the oven for 45 minutes.
5. For making the icing - in a mixing bowl, combine butter, icing sugar, cocoa powder, melted chocolate and vanilla. Mix it well.
6. In an icing bag, fill the icing mixture and decorate the cupcakes.

SERVING
7. Serve with coffee.
