Gingerbread Cupcakes

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cloves 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Shortening 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Molasses 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (light)
  Boiling water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Place all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Blend at low speed, then beat at medium speed 2 minutes.
Make cupcakes.
Frost while warm with Orange Frosting.
