Butter Ruth Aldridge Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Stick)
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Sweet milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Grated chocolate 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Cream butter and sugar together; sift flour and soda and add alternately with the milk to butter-sugar mixture.
Add beaten egg yolks.
Melt the 1/2 cup grated chocolate with the 1/2 cup extra sweet milk in top of double boiler.
