Ruth Aldridge's Chocolate Cup Cakes

Ingredients
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chocolate square 2
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (canned)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook until mixture thickens and forms soft ball in cold water.
Beat until creamy and spread top and sides of cakes.
Will not take quite all of the icing unless very generously used.
