Frosted Chocolate Cupcake

Chocolate Cupcake is a small cake baked in a small, thin paper cup. It uses cocoa or unsweetened chocolate along with flour as main ingredients and is usually decorated with gorgeous frosting and sprinkles on top. A hit among the kids and to those who love sweets, this dessert can be done in more than a hundred ways. This particular recipe will enable you to make moist-flat cupcakes. If you wish to have frostings on top, I also provided some steps to make buttered chocolate frosting for you to enjoy. This is just the start of our cake mania. We’ll try to provide more cupcake and cake recipes in the future for the benefit of everyone. I hope that you’ll enjoy making this.
Ingredients
For cupcakes
  All purpose flour 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs), sifted
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cocoa powder 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
  Raw eggs 2
For frosting
  Unsalted butter 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Confectioner's sugar 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs), sifted
  Unsweetened chocolate 4 Ounce
  Vanilla essence 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Bake the Cupcake
1.1. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl and whisk thoroughly until the ingredients are evenly distributed. Set aside.
1.2. Put the cocoa powder in the bowl where the hot water is and stir until the cocoa powder is diluted. Set aside.
1.3. Combine the butter and sugar in a separate mixing bowl then cream (electric mixer is needed) until texture become fluffy
1.4. Add the eggs while mixing continously then put-in the vanilla essence.
1.5. Put in half of the flour-baking powder-salt mixture then mix well.
1.6. Add the other half of the flour-baking powder-salt mixture then continue mixing until all the ingredients are well distributed.
1.7. Pour the cocoa mixture and continue mixing until texture becomes smooth.
1.8. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit
1.9. Fill the cupcake pan with cupcake papercups.
1.10. Put the batter in each paper cup then bake for 18 minutes (insert toothpic in the cupcakes, if it comes out clean then the cupcakes are done).
1.11. Remove the cupcake from the oven and allow to cool down over a wire rack.
2. Create the frosting
2.1 Melt the chocolate by placing it in a bowl over boiling water.
2.2 Once melted, set aside and allow to cool down to room temperature
2.3 Put the butter in a mixing bowl then cream (use electric mixer)
2.4 Add the sugar and continue mixing until the texture becomes fluffy.
2.5 Put-in the vanilla essence and chocolate then mix thoroughly until texture becomes smooth.
3. Place the frosting over the cupcakes.
(I use a pipe so that the frosting can easily be swirled. If you don’t have any tools, you may use a spoon or spatula to spread the frosting.
4. Serve with a smile. Share and enjoy!

How much butter is supposed to be used in the cupcake batter? Or is it the same amount of butter for both the batter and icing?
