Cocoa Applesauce Cupcakes

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Applesauce 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cocoa 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking soda 2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Cream sugar and margarine; add egg and vanilla; beat until light.
Add flour to creamed mixture alternately with applesauce, bake in muffin tins lined with cupcake papers 12-15 minutes at 375 degrees.
Frost with white icing, and decorate with candy corn.
1 1/2 dozen cupcakes.
