Ono Grinds Cooking Valentines Day Special Part 1 & 2 features Chef Hector Bernaldo preparing delicious red cup cakes with a wonderful frosting. These red Valentine Day cup cakes are an amazing delight for the occasion. Try out these Valentines Day Special cup cakes with your loved ones and enjoy!
  Flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cocoa powder 1 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  White vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Red food colouring 2 Tablespoon
  Cream cheese 1 Pound
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Powdered sugar 4 Cup (64 tbs), sifted

1) In a bowl, cream the butter and cream cheese and blend well.
2) Gradually blend in the sugar and the vanilla extract.
3) Remove the cup cakes from the oven and allow to cool for an hour.
4) Spoon the frosting in a pastry bag and pipe the frosting in swirls over the cup cakes.
