|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Whipped cream frosting||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Cinnamon Variation, Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
Work butter until soft, then gradually work in sugar as thoroughly as possible.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating hard after each addition.
Stir in the flour combination and milk alternately.
Spoon into greased muffin pans and bake in a preheated 350° oven for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out dry.
Frost with Whipped Cream Frosting, cinnamon variation.
