Milk | 1 1/2 Liter | |
Roasted vermicelli | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
Sugar | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Ghee | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
Almond flakes | To Taste | |
Cardamom powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Raisins | 1 Tablespoon |
MAKING:
1. Heat Ghee in a pan and roast the Vermicelli for a couple of minute.
2. Add the milk, stir it and let it cook for about 7 - 8 Mins till the the milk reduces to half its quantity.
3. Add sugar, stir and cook it for another 5 - 6 Mins.
4. Add raisins, almond flakes, cardamom powder and stir everything well.
