Traditionally referred to as Lahmacun, this delicious Turkish Flatbread is made with spiced minced lamb, fresh herbs, and a premade dough to make this recipe quick and easy!
|Minced lamb||200 Gram|
|Onion||1/2 , dice|
|Parsley||1 Ounce , finely chopped ((1 small bunch))|
|Ground garlic||1/4 Teaspoon|
|Flatbread||1 ((1 pack ready rolled))|
|For the salad:|
|Tomato||2 , dice|
|Cucumber||1/4 , dice|
|Spring onion||4 , slice|
|Radishes||6 , slice|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|For the garnish:|
|Pine nuts||2 Tablespoon|
|Coriander||1 Ounce , chop ((1 small bunch))|
1.Preheat oven to 200F.
2.In a bowl, combine lamb, onion, parsley, spices and seasoning. Mix well and make patty mix.
3.Spread out flatbread roll on baking tray and top with prepared mixture.
4.Drizzle little olive oil on top and pop into oven.
5.Bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
6.Garnish with pine nuts, pomegranate and coriander.
7.Serve and enjoy!
