This Cucumber Cooler is the best way to cool down your body on a hot summer day. Refreshingly inviting and deliciously different, this Cucumber Cooler is sure gonna be a summertime favorite!
  Unsweetened pineapple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs), chilled
  Peeled seeded cucumber chunks 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Watercress 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Parsley sprigs 2
  Finely crushed rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Place all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth
