Cucumber Saute

Ingredients
  Cucumbers 4
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Minced parsley/Chives 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by paring and quartering the cucumbers
MAKING
2.In a boiler, boil the cucumbers, without any water, for 3 minutes
3.Once boiled completely drain the cucumbers
4.Season with salt and pepper
5.Then roll in flour
6.In a saucepan, saute the cucumbers in a little butter until tender
7.Sprinkle with parsley or chives just before the cooking is completed
SERVING
8.Serve with a sauce of your choice
