Sesame Cucumber Salad

Chef Keith Snow shows a very simple appetizer recipe, sesame cucumber. It’s a great side dish for Asian inspired meal, fish or chicken.
Ingredients
  Cucumber 1 (Organic Hot House)
  White sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Low sodium soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Fish sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sriracha 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Take a bowl, dump the cucumber.
Take the dressing, dump that.
Dump the sesame seeds, give it a toss.
It’s very simple.
