Cucumber Slices With Lemon
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Snipped fresh dill||2 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
Peel the cucumbers and slice them thin.
Brush the slices lightly with the oil, if desired.
Mix the lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper together.
Pour the dressing over the cucumber slices and toss lightly to mix.
Chill the mixture well before serving.
