Ingredients
  Cucumber 1 Large, peeled, deseeded
  Onion 1 Small, sliced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), mashed
  Chopped mint 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Plain yogurt 8 Ounce
Directions

Season cucumber with salt in bowl.
Allow to stand 5 minutes.
Drain liquid.
Add onion, garlic, mint, yogurt and lemon juice; toss.
Arrange on lettuce in salad bowls; garnish with walnuts.
