Ingredients
  Egg 1 Small, peeled and thinly sliced
  Cucumber 1⁄2 Large, thinly sliced
  Mint jelly 3 Tablespoon (45 Milliliter)
Directions

1 Arrange the onion and cucumber slices overlapping in a shallow dish.
2 Melt the mint jelly and pour it over.
Chill before serving.
