This Cold Cucumber recipe is very easy to follow and can be put together in no time.I serve this salad of at home as it is both delicious and nutritious. Also, Cold Cucumber can be prepared ahead of time and saved for later use in various dishes!
Ingredients
  Cucumber 1
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Powdered sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Peel the cucumber and cut into small dice.
Sprinkle with the remaining ingredients and leave for 5 minutes before serving.
Make sure the sugar has dissolved before serving.
