Sauteed Cucumber

Ingredients
  Cucumbers 2 Medium
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Peel and dice cucumbers.
Melt butter or margarine in skillet, and saute cucumber over medium heat 1 minute.
Turn heat low, sprinkle vegetable lightly with sugar, paprika, curry powder, and salt and pepper.
Cover pan, and cook slowly about 3 minutes.
Use as accompaniment for baked sausages, meat patties or fish.
