Salmon Cucumber Mold

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cucumber 1
  Canned red salmon 1 Pound
Directions

Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water for 5 minutes; add 1/2 cup boiling water, stirring until dissolved.
Add salt, sugar, lemon juice, vinegar and pepper; cool.
Add cucumber with juice.
Chill until slightly congealed, stirring occasionally.
Remove skin and bones from salmon; flake.
Fold into gelatin mixture.
Turn into lightly greased mold; chill until firm.
