Ingredients
  Fat free greek yogurt 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) (Fages)
  Cucumber 1 Small, peeled and shredded
  Clove garlic 1 Large, minced
  Fresh mint 2 Tablespoon (Chiffonade)
  Sal To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Just mix and enjoy! Try with veggie sticks or mix with tuna and olives and serve on a slice of protein bread.
