Sweet And Sour Cucumbers

Ingredients
  Kirby cucumbers 12 Ounce
  Scallions 3
  White vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Rinse the Kirbys cucumber or peel the regular cucumber.
2) Slice the cucumbers using the slicer.
3) Cut the scallions in thin slices.
4) In a bowl, mix together vinegar, water and sugar,
5) Lightly fold in the cucumber and scallions.

SERVING
6) Serve cold or at room temperature.
