Cucumbers in Sour Cream Dressing
|Condensed cream of celery soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dill pickle||2 Tablespoon, finely chopped|
|Onion||2 Tablespoon, finely chopped|
|Radishes||2 Tablespoon, finely chopped|
|Cucumbers||4 Cup (64 tbs), thinly sliced|
|Pepper||2 Dash (1 Generous Dash)|
|Lettuce||1 (For Serving)|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
1) Take a mixing bowl and combine sour cream, soup, onion, pickle, pepper, cucumbers and radishes.
2) Blend all the ingredients nicely and refrigerate.
3) Line a salad bowl with lettuce and spoon out the chilled salad on it. Garnish with parsley and serve.
