|Chicken bouillon cube||1|
|Hot water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1)Pare cucumbers and cut into 1-inch slices.
2)In a saucepan, dissolve bouillon cube in 1/4 cup hot water and add butter.
3)Add cucumbers to bouillon and cover the pan.
4)Simmer for 10 minutes or until cucumbers are tender. Drain.
5)Serve the braised cucumbers immediately.
