Homemade Ripe Cucumber Relish

Ingredients
  White vinegar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  White sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Turmeric 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, mix together vinegar, sugar, cornstarch, mustard and turmeric.
2) Heat the vinegar mixture to a boil.
3) Reduce the heat and simmer until thickened, stirring constantly.
4) Pack any desired vegetable in a sterilizied jar.
5) Pour the vinegar mixture over the vegetables.
6) Stir a small spoon in the jar, to escape the trapped air bubbles if any.
7) Allow the mixture to cool down and seal with sterilized lids.
8) Place the jar in refrigerator.

SERVING
9) Serve as desired.
