Sweet Sour Cucumbers with Onions
|Pared cucumber||2 Cup (32 tbs), thinly sliced|
|Thinly sliced onions||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dill weed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cracked black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1.Take a bowl, put cucumber slices in it and season with salt.
2.Put cold water enough to cover the slices.
3.Chill for 30 minutes.
4.Drain the refrigerated cucumber.
5.Put onion in it.
6.Make a mixture of vinegar, water, sugar, dill weed, black pepper and cayenne and drizzle it on cucumber and onion in bowl.
7.Refrigerate for 1 hour.
8.Mix well before serving.
9.Serve in a bowl.
