Fresh Cucumber Relish
|Vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Dried dillweed||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1) Slice the cucumbers lengthwise in half. Scoop out all the seeds and discard.
2) Use a food chopper, with the coarse blade, grind the cucumbers and onion.
3) Drain the mixture and stir in the remaining ingredients.
4) Chill the mixture thoroughly.
5) Serve or use the Fresh Cucumber Relish as preferred or required.
