Stuffed Cucumber Slices

Ingredients
  Cucumber 1
  Tuna fish 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Select a straight long cucumber.
Peel the cucumber and scoop but the center with a vegetable corer.
Mash the tuna fish fine: mix with the mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice and pepper.
Stuff the hollow and chill.
Cut into 1/2-inch slices.
