Cucumber Sour Cream Salad

Ingredients
  Cucumbers 2
  Cucumbers 2 , pared
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 3 Tablespoon
  White vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Distilled white vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Dill 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh dill 5 Teaspoon (1 tablespoon / 2 teaspoon)
  Granulated sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Halve the cucumbers across the length, scopp the seeds out with a teaspoon and discard them; cut across into very thin slices

MAKING
2. Add the slices to a medium bowl and sprinkle salt over them, tossing to combine; let it stand for twenty minutes
3. SSqueeze out and throw away the liquid accumulated
4. In a small bowl, mix together the rest of the ingredients and pour them over the cucumbers and toss well

SERVING
5. Can be served immediately or chilld for a few hours
