Pickled Mackerel with Cucumber Slices
|Mackerel||1 Pound, drained (1 Can)|
|Cider vinegar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onion||1 , sliced|
|Mixed spice||1 Teaspoon|
|Cucumber slice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Take a platter or a shallow dish and arrange large mackerel pieces in it.
2. In a saucepan, add onion, all the seasonings and vinegar and allow the mixture to come to boil Cool a little and top the fish with sauce. Chill in the refrigerator.
3. Serve beside crisp cucumber slices.
