Pickled Mackerel With Cucumber Slices

Ingredients
  Mackerel 1 Pound, drained (1 Can)
  Cider vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mixed spice 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cucumber slice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a platter or a shallow dish and arrange large mackerel pieces in it.
2. In a saucepan, add onion, all the seasonings and vinegar and allow the mixture to come to boil Cool a little and top the fish with sauce. Chill in the refrigerator.

SERVING
3. Serve beside crisp cucumber slices.
