|Cucumbers||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)|
|Powdered mustard||1 Dash|
1) Peel the cucumbers.
2) In a bowl, cut the cucumbers evenly.
3) In a mixing bowl, prepare the marinade and let the cukes sit in the marinade atleast for 3-4 hours.
4) Thoroughly drain the cubes and blend them up in the blender.
5) The excellently prepared dressing can also be served as a base for a cold soup. Tomatoes, cauliflower, green peppers can also be added to the soup. A variation could be made by adding 1 1/2 cups of sliced tomatoes with the cucumbers, omitting the water from the marinade. Add 1 teaspoon dill weed and 1 teaspoon salt and cucumber marinade.
