Ingredients
  Cucumbers 2
  Avocado 1
  Chopped ripe olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  French dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (chopped finely)
  Eggless mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Wash and cut cucumbers lengthwise.
Scoop out centres, mix avocado, olives, pulp of cucumbers, nuts and French dressing.
Pile boats with this mixture.
Garnish tops with mayonnaise and chopped nuts.
