Tomato Onion and Cucumber Relish

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 2 , sliced
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Cucumber 1 Medium, peeled and sliced
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Italian salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Place vegetables and parsley in a shallow bowl. Pour dressing overthe top and mix lightly.
2. Allow to marinate and chill thoroughly.
3. Drain. Add salt and pepper to taste.
