Cucumber Cooler

Ingredients
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Celery seed 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Cucumbers 3 Medium, sliced thinly
Directions

Mix all ingredients, except cucumbers, together in a jar or large container with a lid.
Add cucumber slices.
Toss to coat with dressing mixture.
Chill.
Turn or shake container several times.
Keep refrigerated.
May be kept for several weeks.
