|Cucumber||1 Large, peeled and cut crosswise into pieces|
|Canned tuna fish||125 Gram (1/2 Cup)|
|Cream cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped fresh chives||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Using a sharp knife or a teaspoon, scoop the pulp and seeds from the center of each piece of cucumber.
Pat dry with paper towels.
Drain the tuna fish and put it in a bowl.
Add the butter, cheese, herbs and lemon juice and mash well with a fork.
Season to taste.
Stuff the cucumber pieces with the tuna fish mixture and put in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Before serving, cut each piece of cucumber into slices.
