|Cooking oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped garlic||2 Teaspoon|
|Sesame oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Wash the cucumber, quarter lengthwise and discard seeds.
Cut flesh into matchstick pieces and put in a bowl.
Heat cooking oil and stir fry the garlic for a few seconds until it turns golden.
Pour over the cucumber and mix in remaining ingredients.
Chill and serve as a starter, or as an accompaniment to any cooked dishes.
