Ingredients
  Cucumbers 3 Medium, peeled, seeded and grated
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Directions

In a bowl combine cucumbers, lemon juice, salt and pepper; mix well.
Chill in refrigerator until serving time.
