|Ice water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|French dressing||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
1. Wash and slice the cucumber paper-thin. Pare first, or leave green on.
2. Soak 20 minutes in salted ice water. Drain thoroughly.
3. Mix the onion juice with the French Dressing. Pour over the cucumber. Stir to mix. Sprinkle with black pepper.
