Dill Cucumber Dressing

Ingredients
  Cucumber 1 , unpeeled, shredded
  Low fat cottage cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Low fat plain yogurt/Skim milk buttermilk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh dill/1 tablespoon dried dill weed 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In a colander drain cucumber until almost dry.
In a blender container combine cucumber, cottage cheese, yogurt, dill, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Process until blended and smooth.
