|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Or More To Taste)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|English cucumber||1 Large (European, Unpeeled)|
Place cottage cheese, parsley, chives, and garlic in blender; blend until smooth.
Season to taste.
Slice cucumber lengthwise and scoop out centers slightly.
Spoon cottage cheese mixture into centers and chill thoroughly.
To serve, slice each cucumber half into eighths or smaller and serve on a plate garnished with lettuce or parsley, if desired.
