Cucumber Pork

  Boneless pork 1 Pound
  Cucumber 1 Medium
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Cold water 2 Tablespoon
  Catsup 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Bottled)
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Grated ginger root 1 Teaspoon
  Bean sprouts 2 Cup (32 tbs)

Partially freeze pork; thinly slice into bite-size strips.
Cut cucumber into julienne strips.
Blend soy sauce into cornstarch; stir in water, catsup, sugar, and hot pepper sauce.
Set aside.
Heat wok over high heat; add oil.
Stir-fry garlic and gingerroot for 30 seconds.
Add cucumber; stir-fry 30 seconds.
Add bean sprouts; stir-fry 1 minute.
Remove vegetables from wok.
Add more oil if needed.
Stir-fry half the pork 2 to 3 minutes or till browned; remove.
Repeat with remaining pork.
Return all pork to wok.
Stir soy mixture; stir into pork in wok.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly; cook and stir 2 minutes more.
Return vegetables to wok; cover and cook 1 minute.
