|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Liquid red pepper seasoning||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
1. Combine cucumber, parsley, green onion, instant milk, water, lemon juice, salt and red-pepper seasoning in an electric-blender container; cover. Whirl until foamy and creamy-smooth.
2. Pour into small juice glasses. Garnish with a sprig of parsley, if you wish.
