Cucumber Frappe

Ingredients
  Pared cubed cucumber 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Green onion 1 , trimmed and sliced
  Instant nonfat dry milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Liquid red pepper seasoning 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Combine cucumber, parsley, green onion, instant milk, water, lemon juice, salt and red-pepper seasoning in an electric-blender container; cover. Whirl until foamy and creamy-smooth.
2. Pour into small juice glasses. Garnish with a sprig of parsley, if you wish.
