|Warm water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|White wine vinegar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Freshly ground white pepper||To Taste|
|Seedless cucumber||1 , peeled and sliced very thin (1 Long)|
|Chopped mint leaves||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In bowl, dissolve sugar in warm water; add water and vinegar.
Whisk and add mint and cucumbers.
Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours, but not more than 6.
Drain cucumbers before serving.
