Tomatoes Stuffed With Cucumber

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 4 Large
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Cucumber 1⁄2 , partially pared
  Watercress sprig 1
  French dressing 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use Your Favorite)
Directions

1. Cut tomatoes, placed stem ends down, in sixths from top almost through bottom; season with salt and pepper.
2. Slice cucumber thinly; tuck cucumber slices and water-cress sprigs into slits in tomatoes. Pass French dressing.
