Tomatoes Stuffed With Cucumber
|Cucumber||1⁄2 , partially pared|
|French dressing||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use Your Favorite)|
1. Cut tomatoes, placed stem ends down, in sixths from top almost through bottom; season with salt and pepper.
2. Slice cucumber thinly; tuck cucumber slices and water-cress sprigs into slits in tomatoes. Pass French dressing.
