Cucumber Snack

Ingredients
  Cucumbers 3 Medium
  Paneer 50 Gram (Skimmed Milk)
  Green chili 1⁄4 Teaspoon, chopped
  Curd 3 Teaspoon (Skimmed Milk)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Divide each cucumber into two pieces, horizontally. Scoop out the centers.
2. Grate the paneer. Add the chilli, curds and salt.
3. Fill the cucumber centers with the paneer mixture.
