Cucumbers In Sour Cream

Ingredients
  Sliced cucumbers 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, thinly sliced and separated into rings
  Low fat dairy sour cream 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

In a salad bowl stir together the sliced cucumbers and onion rings.
In a small mixing bowl stir together the sour cream, sugar, vinegar and pepper; pour over cucumbers and onions.
Toss lightly to coat.
Cover and chill for 1 to 2 hours.
Stir the salad before serving.
